• Week 1: The Call of the Swan. Establishing your altar, setting intentions, and connecting with the energy of Cygnus/the celestial realms. 

• Week 2: Womb Consciousness & Creation. Exploring the Womb Mysteries, drawing on teachings surrounding ancient aquatic priestess lineages. 

Phase 2: The Subtle Body & Shapeshifting (Weeks 3 & 4)

• Week 3: Water Magic & Clearing. Cleansing your energetic body using water, breathwork, and sacred bathing rituals. 

• Week 4: Shapeshifting & Feather Magic. Meditating on the mythology of bird-women, bird cloaks, and learning to shapeshift your perception. 

Phase 3: The Deep Roots & Reclaiming the Shadow (Weeks 5 & 6)

• Week 5: The Geography of the Soul. Mapping your personal migrations and exploring ancestral heritage.

• Week 6: The Voice of the Siren - Reclaiming the throat chakra, deconstructing the "monstrous" female voice, and vocal alchemy.

Phase 4: The Alchemical Void (Weeks 7 & 8)

• Week 7: Death and Decomposition. Facing the archetype of the dying swan, embracing the "holy rot," and sitting in the dark mud of the void, the stillness between death and rebirth.

• Week 8: The Spark in the Dark (Resurrection) Finding the gold in the shadow, gathering your bones, and witnessing the first light of rebirth.

Phase 5: The Celestial Flight (Weeks 9 - 11)

You emerge from the underworld to integrate the distinct, mature archetypes of the Swan lineage. Working with star knowledge, the Milky Way, and aligning your daily life with the cosmos.

• Week 9: The Black Swan Embodying the wild, untamed, occult shadow; boundary mastery, fierce protection, and personal taboo.

• Week 10: The White Swan - Embodying pure grace, divine surrender, clarity, and heart-centred spiritual devotion.

• Week 11: The Cosmic Shapeshifter - Merging the Black and White Swan energies within; achieving internal alchemy and non-duality.

Phase 6: Sovereignty & Crowning (Weeks 12 & 13)

• ‍ ‍Week 12: Sovereign Crowning - Claiming your spiritual authority, and drafting your personal Priestess Vows.
